The Hunter?

We have 2 Bobcats that hang around from time to time, this is the bigger of the 2 (big enoungh a couple of the neigbors thought he was a Mountain Lion). Julie kept seeing the smaller one and thinking it was a house cat (it did kind of look like one). They're not very afraid of us, I once through a rock at one and had it jump on it thinking I was giving it a treat. Its very erie at night when they are chasing around Possums and dragging them off for dinner, they're not exactly quite about it.

The Hunted?

We often get up to 3 of these big bad boys wondering through our back yard at one time. You have to get up pretty early to see them, they usally swing by around 6:00AM. Once in a while a lone buck with slip by (the does don't try this) us late at night as we're sitting out back next to the chimmita. We also have 2 mommy deer with a total of 3 fawns, the first time we saw the twins they weren't much bigger that a house cat! In total there are about 10 to 12 deer that call the woods in our backyard home.

We also have seen: Skunks, Possums, Snakes, Coyotes, Quail and Hawks
